However.... the anti-gun effort has never been a populist movement beyond fear-based reactions to tragedies. The Brady Bunch never had membership approaching a mere fraction of the NRA's, Demanding Moms and Everytown are Potemkin organizations. The movement has always been driven by self-proclaimed elites, grandstanding politicians and their media.
Now, the anti-gun movement may be at it's most dangerous, with the open deep-pocket support of Billionaires Bloomberg, Gates, Steyer and others.They certainly have money on their side, but we've got the votes, the facts, reason, and most importantly: the Constitution on our side.
