I happened by the Palmetto State Armory site to see what deals they had, and was greeted by this notice at the top of every page (click to embiggerate and read):
I assume that while Measure 114 is being challenged — but all or part may yet be allowed to go into effect at any time (courts are a crap-shoot; there's no telling yet what will happen) — PSA is expediting shipping for all standard-capacity (greater than 10 rounds) magazines and firearm orders going to Oregon while such items are still legal to buy.
If you live in Oregon and were thinking of making an order, now would be a good time.
