... to fill the seat soon-to-be vacated by Senator Barbara Boxer (Dimwit–CA). Charlie Foxtrot covered Boxer's retirement the other day.

Dave Workman reports on this new development:
California Attorney General Kamala Harris is “all in” as a candidate to replace retiring Senator Barbara Boxer as the next anti-gun Democrat to represent the Golden State in Washington, D.C., the San Francisco Chronicle is reporting this morning. (link in original)
I can't honestly say I'm surprised. A young(ish) anti-gun "Progressive" Democrat moonbat is running to replace an old anti-gun "Progressive" Democrat moonbat. As Mr. Workman also notes, I guess we should be thankful former CA State Sen. Leland Yee (Dunce–8) isn't running? Or worse yet (in my opinion), current CA State Sen. Kevin deLeón (Dolt–24)?

The question is: What can/will California's gun owning population do about it?

Stay safe.

  1. I hate to say it, but the state of my birth, and the state I love, is circling the drain. There is no moderation in the progressive's march to the extreme left. Business, jobs, wealth, and freedom are fleeing the state.

I hate to say it, but gun owners must reconcile themselves to the fact that over the Tofu Curtain is the only place for their freedoms. They have to leave. We did. And once away from teh insanity, they must fight to counter the depravity DiFi, Harris, and their ilk will be inflicting on the nation.

    Nice post, Archer!

    1. Thanks!

Workman - tongue-in-cheek, I hope - notes that if she's elected, CA gun owners should be relieved she'll be out of Sacramento ... as if she won't be able to affect them anymore, or the rest of the nation's gun owners don't already have enough to worry about.

I hate to say it, but my state's southern neighbor, where we have friends and family residing (and from where we get a metric crap-ton of our transplants), is, to put it bluntly, hosed. And I also hate to say, whether any readers have direct ties to California or not, we all have to deal with the atrocities their national legislators would inflict on us, and the ideologies the aforementioned transplants bring out with them.

Nothing like moving away from a hell-hole, only to turn around and make your new wonderland into an identical one. :/
