Our hearts go out to the friends, family, congregation and community of the nine victims of this despicable crime. We can only condemn the evil that raised its head in that holy place.

ReplyDeleteReports are coming in, but at this point it's important to remember that we don't know anything. Most of what's being reported is conjecture, speculation, and wild-assed guessing.
Less than 24 hours after the incident, reporters have already changed the story of where the shooter got the gun from "gift from his dad" to "birthday present" to "bought it on his own with birthday money". That's just an example -- a small detail -- but one which should be verifiable and easy to confirm, and they're guessing.
