It's actually more well-balanced than most of their stuff. They almost gloss over the "stopped by armed citizen" part, making damn sure to mention he's a reserve deputy, and note that the suspect and the surviving victim are in stable condition. They have yet to broadcast this story.<br /><br />The Over/Under is Never.<br /><br />Other outlets are implying that the citizen was a police officer, but at the time he was only a CCW carrier.
